Custom embroidered name patch. Name must have a maximum of 10 characters (enter below). Overall patch size is approximately 1.25" x 3.75" with black background and white letters/border. 
 
Our typical turn around time for all custom items is 2 weeks from order payment to shipping/delivery. If you need an item in a shorter timeframe please message before ordering and I will advise if it is possible at that time.
